Amit has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic advisory, and complex financing transactions. He has held senior executive positions at Ampal and the Alrov Group. Amit holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting and an MBA with highest honors from Ben-Gurion University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Amit is married and a father of four.
